This helps ensure that midwives are up-to-date with the latest practices, technologies, and research in maternal and newborn care
What we do
TAMA advocates for policies to ensure that every childbearing woman and every newborn child in Tanzania has access to quality medical care from a competent midwife. We work to advance the profession of midwifery nationally to enhance reproductive health and reduce maternal and child mortality.
